My Future

In the future I see myself as a police officer. accoreding to the result I would have been a person who would look over other people like a manager or supervisor that dosen't quite fit a police officer but there was one job I liked which was a job for for government service which I think was a FBI agent. 
 I am aspired to be something to do with government service like join into the army, or become police officer.
The thing that has inspired me to do that is ... looking out into the world and place i live in , its one of the best in the whole world. I relize it wouldnt be the same if we didnt have the brave men and woman  who leave their home and family behide just to keep the nation we live in peaceful and safe.
 I think those people are our heros and deserve alot of respect for what they do and many that have helped and served our country are still remebered untill this day and recognized for the brave things they have done and the time they have spent giving us what we have today.
 I hope that one day I am rememberd as well because nothing would make me more proud then to know that i have done something for my country and  I have done my part to keep this beautiful place I call home safe for others to come. That is what has inspired me.
How I can complete this goal is firstly study hard and set my mined to everything I do.
 Get good grades in school and graduate proudly. Then I would go into gouvernment studied in post secondary and extend my knowledge on how our country works. After getting a good education I would go into depth of what I want to do and do research on the jobs I have in mined and then go and join one of them.
 In hops I am able to do something good for my country like the army or police officer or anything involving around that area. those are my goals for getting where I want to be in the future.

According to the holland self - directed asseswent I am an E.R.I. these lettters stand for someone who is Enterprising, Realistic and Inptivestigative. These were many deseription for Enterprising that fit me very well. They are "value money and material possesion". I love money , once i get it i put it straight to the bank and once I spend it , I always think of how much i have left and i feel bad. I also hate when people take my possessions because I spent my money on them so no can touch them and Im afaird they might break them.
Now this is one description of realistic that fit me very well,"Robust, Rugged, praticially strong". This fits me because I go to the gym every other day. i Think i am strong and other people i am. Finally the description for Investagative that fits me are "prefer to work Indepedantly". This fits me because i do like working by myself. I seem to get work more quickly because with other people I talk and dont do any work.
I think that the things done well in the SPS process was mostly everything because I had adesciption of myself for every type of personality.
I am very confused about those job sites because all of those jobs in my point of veiw are not tuff enough. One of them is special agent (Government Services) thats like a job I would want to have. There should be more jobs like that one. The others are just supervisors or managers.
My career hopes would either be a pharmacist or something to do with protecting people.

How Schools Kill Creativity

The current system was designed and conceived for a different age 18th / 19th century. In the intellectual culture of the enlightenment economic circumstance (industrial revolution). 
From my point of veiw I disagree with the fact that they tought public education that was payed with taxes wont benifit many street children to lern how to read and write and why should we waste our time on them. I think that every single child should get the chance to get free education no matter what.
I do agree about there being two types of people acadmic and non acadmic as in smart people and non smart people but the fact is some brilliant people dont know or think they are not smart becouse they have been jugded by a particular veiw of the mined. 
I also agree that schools do run like factories. For example there are separate facilities and separate subjects.
 They try to educate children by batches and by age groups.
 It should not matter how old they are but yet they fined it being so important, knowing some kids are better then others same age but differant disapalains or differant time of day depending on how their mined work. Some work better in small or big groups or by them self. 
Creativity is from the mined and how you tend to express that mined, Also how it explores it can not come from a book or a bored you look at an that is my point of veiw.

Hey what's up my name is Josh Zacarias. I go to L.A Matheson secondary. I have an interest in playing football and the team I play on is called the North Surrey Tigers , We haven't won any games so far  but gladly we were able tie on one of our games , and that game was ageist Cloverdale.  My jersey number is 65 I was playing Offensive line as a starter but then I wasn't doing to well so the coaches switched me to defensive and I like it there  because you can actually get to  tackle, in O line were I was playing before you couldn't tackle.
